Giverny Monets Garden
Monets Garden, Giverny, France. Photographed with a 1980s Braun Nizo Super 8 camera on Super 8 colour negative film. Shot at 5 fps which pretty much turns your Super 8 camera into a stills camera but with tiny negatives. I once read that impressionism at the time was inspired by train travel, by the world moving past the train windows fast. The Super 8 frames to me are like train windows and these photographs are my interpretation of impressionism.
